This place is incredible! My sister told me about it. I get the Gelato with 2 shots of Espresso (which I can never remember what they call it), and it is the BEST thing EVER! Everyone is friendly, service is fast. I wish I lived closer!

Smoothies here are SO GOOD! Love the staff and the atmosphere as well. I just need to know - is it ‘Brick-ees’ or ‘Briss-ees’?!

Castle Rock is a bedroom community near Denver with a distinct small-town feel. Briccy's is a local coffee place that makes you feel right at home. Forget the corporate Starbucks routine and relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee at a place where they remember you, support the community, and are truly part of the town.

I actually met Ray, the owner of Briccy's, at a local event. He, along with his staff, support a number of local charities, local artists, and other businesses. The coffee shop is cozy, and has a nice outdoor patio to enjoy if the weather is nice. I enjoyed an espresso drink which was delicious - it was smooth, flavorful, and I was instantly a fan. Briccy's also serves a wide selection of food and desserts.

Briccy's is conveniently located on the south end of downtown Castle Rock. It has easy access to the Plum Creek exit of I-25, and I'd recommend it as a destination for locals as well as travelers on their way to and from Denver and Colorado Springs. Briccy's is a place that our town needs, and is a place that certainly deserves (and has earned) our support!

The lavender/coconut or lavender/vanilla is the best! I have never had a bad coffee and Ray has hired the best employees. They treat you like you are their best friend. I highly recommend this family friendly coffee house!

Good place to get non-starbucks coffee. Much better than other coffee joints in town. The staff and owner are awesome and always helpful.

The pastries and other food-stuffs are very tasty.

Get the bulletproof coffee and feel amazing all day long!

The Cold Brew is my favorite!!! And the owner Ray is the sweetest man ever. Love stopping after my workout to grab a coffee.

Not only is it really good coffee, but the space and layout is very comforting and has a homey feel. Multiple games for your kids magazines for you to read and Wi-Fi to do your work. It’s a great spot.

My husband and I love Briccys! Great environment and great people!!!

By far The best affogato I've ever had! The cappuccino was also very delicious, they have a taste and blend of their own. Wish there was one in my hometown

I am here now with a grilled roast beef and cheddar sandwich and a raspberry smoothly. I have to tell you this feels just like home. I will have to try the coffee in the morning sometime as it smells so good in here.

Love this place, delicious coffee, and staff is friendly. I don't come in every day but they still remember me! They give you more espresso for your buck than any other chain.

The owner is super friendly and loves to chat! I've only had black coffee here, but no complaints. Santiago breakfast burritos always a plus. They also have sandwiches, baked goods, gelato. Lots of people come for the breads, but I haven't tried. Free wifi, board games, lots of tables and couches. Good for working or socializing.

These people were so friendly and demonstrated great customer service!! The coffee was great and the muffin that I had was too!

Love Briccys. Owner cares heavily about his business as he is there all the time and will even hold a sign off plum creek most mornings. The place is always clean and well kept. It is a little tucked away but a neat building. Favorite drink there is the frozen horchata. While I have only eaten the food there maybe twice. The stuff made by outside vendors is not spectacular nor bad. They did announce gluten free option this last year as well. The staff is friendly I highly recommend checking them out!

My husband and I stopped in on New Year's Eve morning after spotting this place while running errands. The atmosphere was really friendly and a good number of tables were full of customers. While I contemplated the coffee menu boards, my husband ordered a chai to which he gave an enthusiastic thumbs up to -- not too sweet and a good balance of spice. I told the owner(?) that I didn't know what I wanted, and he pointed out that that was on the menu too! Sure enough, at the bottom of one of the boards "I dunno know" was listed. He explained that they would just make something for me, and so a barista asked me a few questions about what I liked/didn't like and she went to work. I LOVED the not too sweet, dark roast latte with just a hint of chocolate. She hit the nail on the head! Granted, that may not be the way to go for a first visit or if there is a line behind you, but it worked for me and I appreciate the care they took to make something expressly for me. Will definitely be back.

I was in Castle Rock waiting for my grandson at a school activity and decided to sit in Briccy's to read, write, and sip a latte. I liked my Irish Chai. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. They obviously support local artisans and writers. I'm concerned about some disturbing experiences others reported, but based only on my personal experience I would recommend it. It's nice to visit an independent coffee shop. Not many of those where I live in Highlands Ranch.

This sweet coffee shop is a beautiful piece of Castle Rock. With warm hospitality and delicious coffee, Briccy's provides the perfect atmosphere to lean back, relax, and remember that life is good.

Friendly staff, great menu, DAMN FINE COFFEE! Forget *$ and LC. This is the only coffee shop you need.

  • *****

I had the Chemex and it was truly amazing. The environment was relaxed and the staff friendly.

  • *****

Hands down best coffee shop in town! I love the atmosphere. Great for business/coffee meetings, family outongs, free wifi if you want to study. This place is straight out of a hallmark movie. Wide selection of teas and milkshakes for non-coffee drinkers such as myself and now that I've tried thier gelato I won't go anywhere else for ice cream.

  • *****

The owner and workers were absolutely lovely, and that was some of the best chai I've had in awhile.

  • *****

Great coffee, great people, veteran owned. They have huge checkers sets and board games. Everyone was so friendly.

  • *****

Love this place! I normally can't drink mocha's because I'm allergic to all the junk they put in chocolate syrup; but Briccy's uses a high quality chocolate that doesn't give me an allergic reaction. My new go-to coffee place! Everyone is really friendly and it's a great place to meet up with the gal pals.

  • *****

I'm always looking for a spot to get my coffee fix that's not a huge chain. This place was an excellent choice! Best latte ever! Just the right amount of sweetness. I also grabbed a scone to go because they looked delicious, and it definitely didn't disappoint.

  • *****

Best coffe in town! Staff was very friendly and coffee and muffin top were out of this world! Met the owner who was also friendly. Will definitely be going back again and again!

  • *****

What a coffee shop should be, a wonderful local place run with passion and it shows in the personal attention and wonderful coffee.

  • *****

Great place. Coffee was wonderful and the owner and staff were so attentive. Nice to have the owner there that cares. And there was a farmers market that I'm told will be there every Thursday Morning. Had fun!

Pleasant setting and solid coffee, can't go wrong wandering in here!

  • *****

Love this place!! Great selection of food and drinks! Delicious coffee, chai and yummy gelato made in store!

  • *****

If I could give more stars to this independent coffee (and more) shop I would. I am impressed with the whole package from selection of product down to the staff itself. My family visits several times a week. The owner and staff are amazing. Double thumbs up to this local business.

  • *****

I was amazed! You can actually enjoy the aroma of the coffee and the taste was very smooth. The GIANT chains cannot make a cup of coffee or any drink that tastes this good. I am happy for no more burnt and bitter taste from the GREEN GIANT so called store.

  • *****

Super friendly and comfortable place. It's only been open a short while, and I found it the kind of place I'd come with some girlfriends or my parents to enjoy some time. They serve Santiago's burritos when last I checked, no longer serving the new donut shop donuts. They did have som pastries.

Now -- best of all -- they make their own homemade gelato. Most excellent!

Stopped at Briccys Coffee today, Wow. Great experience. Friendly staff and amazing coffee! Had a s'mores coffee and a blueberry lemon cake.

  • *****

Wow, great little coffee shop on the South side of Castle Rock. The owner was there on the front line, greeting customers. Very friendly - great service, awesome lattes with a large variety of flavors!

  • *****

Awesome atmosphere, great service and great coffee and the owner Ray lives what he does. My go to coffee shop.

  • *****

Stopped in here just for something hot to drink on a cold day. Had the most amazing latte of my life. No joke. It was incredible! The owner Ray came over and talked for a while. Disclaimer: I am an introvert and don't like talking to strangers... However, Ray was downright fun to talk to! I felt like I met a new friend. It's an hour from my house, but I might make the drive again just for another one of those salted caramel lattes and a laugh with Ray....

This is my new favorite coffee shop. The ambience is comfortable and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. They only just opened, but it's my new stop on my way to work!
Now for the coffee, it's the best I've had in a long time.

  • *****

Great new coffee shop! Friendly staff. Excellent drinks. We ordered a chemex coffee (amazing) and cinnamon plum loose leaf tea that they steeped for 5 min. Best coffee and tea I've had in a very long time. They also have gelato!

  • *****

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, It was delicious! Didn't take long at all to be made!

  • *****

Coming here since I moved back to CR a few months back. Excellent coffee and very friendly service. My favorite is Chemex, dark roast. Love the place and I consider it much better than anything in town!

  • *****

Mr. Briccy aka Ray is very humble and kind. His drinks and Gelato were great, and the Baristas friendly. Pretty decor and relaxing atmosphere. A kind Christian owned coffee shop that is a welcome addition to the south side of town.

  • *****

Great location. Nice interior. Make sure you look up to the dome. Regular coffee and chai latte were both very good.

  • *****

Super friendly and comfortable place. It's only been open a short while, and I found it the kind of place I'd come with some girlfriends or my parents to enjoy some time. They serve donuts from the new Donut place in town, too.

  • *****

Quiet little coffee shop but makes good drinks and has free wifi. Good place to study or get some work done or even go for date night and just play board games

  • *****

Have only been here once but when I did go in the girl behind the counter was very friendly and appealing. I went in for gelato and she recommended a flavor and told me why it was her favorite plus the story behind it. I got a small of it, tasted it and then bought a pint of it because it was so good. Will definitely be back for more of this honey lavender gelato. Best gelato in castle rock by far.
